To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for new customers. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion. Refunds are not available for services terminated due to Terms violations.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

6. Data and Backups

While we provide backup services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies of your data. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or other circumstances.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period of 7 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasMC.host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtlasMC.host from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
